does UCC will help men in divorce cases to get unbiased results??

The Uniform Civil Code (UCC) implies a single law for all the citizens (men or women )of the country applicable to their personal matters such as marriage, divorce, inheritance, custody and adoption etc.

Uniform Civil Code (UCC) is getting prominence recently, it is concerned about the implementation of secular law regarding, marriage, divorce, adoption, succession and inheritance as per the diversity of our country India it is in the much need of governance under Specific and similar law regarding most disputed matters occuring among country men about which uniform civil code will be dealing with , It is going to act unbiased regarding gender , creed , caste and race of the citizens bringing uniformity to the legislation providing the aggrreived ones with proper remedy .
