Hi
I am facing flase Domestic Violence case.
My wife desreted me on december 2013. She filed doemstic violence against me & parents as counter blast to my U/s-9 rcr. She filed us/-12 pwdva after 10months of sepeartion.
Is it valid to file pwdva after 10months of sepeartion.
I need various judgements to fight this false U/s-12 pwdva.

thanks for your vakuable advice
my wife in her Incidents Report gave heading
"Incidents of Domestic Violence 9 (ii) Verbal and Emotional Abuse"
No physical, s*xual, economical abuse mentioned.
Report of Protection officer ssigned by Trail Court is in my favour. The Protection officer denied any illtreatment to wife & denied any dowry demand by husband & his family.
