1) What type of Registration?  Is it Will or Gift Deed?

2) What EC is showing?  There will be continuity.  While SR is not responsible for investigating the veracity of the contents, he will see the executant and claimant continuity.

3) Is the property ancestral or self-acquired?

4) If ancestral, all LRs will hv  rights.

Thank you for the response sir Grandfather registered the property in aunts name as will (she can do transactions only after grandfathers death) But to my dad he wrote it like dad buying it from grandfather paying the cash Both the deeds though done on different dates is having the same original record no It's not ancestral property
