Good afternoon sir, I would like to change my old name to new name as abisarva. Is it necessary to change my name in all my sslc, hsc, degree and all other academic, sports certificates ? after changing my name legally via gazette .
Please advise me sir ............

If you want to change your name in the school documents, SSLC marks card, then you will have to file a suit for mandatory injunction by giving a notice u/s 80 of CPC to the State Govt.

Yes, you will have to go through the pain of changing your name in all your certificates. For doing so , i agree with the views of adv.rajoo...
