There is a petty case on my name and in the charge sheet police people could not mention any witness. I filed for quash in high court. intially my lawyer said that he will get the quash in just 1 week time .its 1 year. still its not quashed. I am checking in the high court website(andhra pradesh) for the dates of my case in high court . whereas my lawyer never agrees with me on those dates. he keeps saying that content in website is wrong.
1) is it true that content in high court website will be false ?
2) i heard that supreme court ordered lower courts to speed up trials and to complete all petty cases before december 31st of this year.is this a fact ?
3)can i do anything in high court to get the case quashed ?
