see, i am sorry to be saying this; but, technically you cannot drive a vehicle since you have the services of only one eye. it is scientifically believed that people with monocular vision do not have depth perception. hence such a person cannot judge as to how far an individual or a vehicle is or the linear distance between two object. their vision is two dimensional. i have used the word Believed since i feel that people with monocular vision since long must have adapted themselves to judge the linear distance of the objects in front of them. however, how far it is safe in a real life road situation, cannot be said. hence, legally, such a person is not eligible to drive.
