25 december 2009, A woman namly Rinku register a FIR against her Husband Mr. Chandan Kumar resident of Claimantown, Dehradun, Uttrakhand u/s 302 IPC in matter of murder of own childrens Nikhil( 3 Yrs) & Sweta (8 Month only)
December 18, 2010 after only 11 month over Distt. Session court Dehradun aqquital chandan Kumar.
His wife Smt. Rinku has change her Evidence.
