Ask the IO to prove that you have come to Mirzapur. Your neighbours statement in Delhi will be useful to state that you were in Delhi. Even your friends can help you in giving the statement. If one of your friends can say that you visited him on that day, then this would be sufficient.

Give the police your and your family members mobile numbers from which location can be ascertained. Another way is to make an application under the right to information act to the mobile service providers stating in detail the reason you want the records. On reciept of the same, produce the records to show your location. Even ask for mobile phone records of wife and inlaws so that thier location can be ascertained. From the information you will also come to know who is behind all this. Obtain anticipatory bail as early as possible to avoid harrasment to parents.

You should get the stay of arrest from Allahabad High Court and also get the directions to go to give the regular bail in you case as you are going to fight the same. Also tell the court that it is the accused who has to prove that you were present at that place first, and not you to prove the innocence. You are having the strong point of getting this case in your faour once it comes to the court and you get the bail.

as u all know my story, i filled a stay order in allahbad HC and got the stay, court told us to deposit 15000/- for her up & down charges to allahbad, we deposited dat money now its my knwoledge dat she got a govt teacher job in varanasi.

pls tell how its help in my case and wat i hv to do

as you know i applied for stay from allahbad HC they send the case to mediation centre and the date was 7 march 2010 i appear on date, both the party come, i told to officer how i take her when i was not available at loction where they said i tried to burn, in future she done somethng at my home then wat will i do.

she said dat she got govt teacher in varanasi (U.P) job and not leave the job, i hv to left my house and leave with her...d arugement continues the officers give us the date of 21 march 2010.

i want to know on next i again said i m not take her back home, then they transfer the file to HC then HC issue a notice to arrest all the member who named in fir???

and please please tell me in detail hoe i file the Desertion and Cruelty case against her???

and is i file a divorce case in delhi when already the case Allahabad HC.
