Dear sir,
After getting divorce on both ground crulity and deseration in my faver, also my wife's case of 125 crpc also rejected only maintainance granted to my girl child. but still my wife's petion under 12 section of dv act is pending now my question is after getting both judgments in my faver on basis of this judgments dv act case also dismiss . if any judgments or citiation which suit my case please give me the citiation or reference .please advice me what can i do now as soon as possible.
