DV act query

Generally, It takes 1Year for the judgement in case of DV. The maintainance will be approx 35% of your salary. If wife is working, then the salary of the wife will be deducted out of maintainance.

In my case of DV, My wife declared that I am in Business Debts and she draws a salary of Rs.22000=00. Hence No Maintainance to her. Infact, I am trying to ask for maintainance under Hindu Marriage Act Section 24.
