How much time time it generally takes for a DV? Wife has asked for maintenance, lump sump amount and rent for separate accomodation. She is however staying at her own parents house right now, is a post graduate and draws close to 50k per month.
Can she be awarded maintenance or can the court pass any interim orders? Throughout the allegations in DV, she mentioned dowry demands and verbal abuse - all fake and baseless allegations.
We have a proof that they demanded 15 lakhs from us few months back. Filed DV when we denied to kneel down to their demands.
