my file 498a was filed on Jan 24th 2018. now in process of charge sheet.
Subsequently she filed DV in Jan 2018. where no notice or summons were received. all R1 to R 5 are EXPARTY now it is in evedence stage.. plz suggest me what to do next
Approach the DV court and file an application to set aside exparte proceedings and participate in proceedings and defend your case.
