Mother filed DV case against Daughter-in-Law and Son due to continuous cruelty and torture by the daughter in law and continuous fight between son & DIL. As the property in which everyone stayed is the self acquired property of the father n mother, they asked the son and DIL to stay seperately and doing so from past many years. DV case was filed few years back and is at the final stage. As sometimes, when son comes to meet the father n mother, DIL comes to the residence and fights and creates nuisance. Mother has just prayed for a peaceful life n stay in the petition stating not to let the DIL n Son (specially the DIL) visit her place and area and create any issue.
