Dear Experts,
i would like to know that since our course was referred for mediation, which proved futile. The mediator has submitted his report as failure. Now in the forthcoming date, we have to sybmit reply to DV filed by my wife against me and my mother. What all evidences can we present along with reply to get this case quashed as soon as possible? I have many family pictures of old times. Can those be used to defend my case. Also, i have a note in my wife's handwriting stating"Thank god for a wonderful in laws family". Can this be helpful?
