E p petition

There are two portion of property P1 ( door No 161 )and P2 ( No door number assigned as it was remaining part of sold out land ) . P1 is belongs to Mother and P2 belongs to son. Mother rented back side portion of her house to a family . That family is enjoying P1 back side along with p2 land ( which is backside of P1 house ). A suit RCOP filed to vacate house till EP order with police protection . Now tenant is saying that you have filed case for only Backside of P1 house so he wont vacate P2 . As in no rental agreement , no one will specify length and size specification like sales dead in a rental agreement. Please guide how to handle it. ?

Hello,

If you have not specifically mentioned in the petition or if you fail to prove that P2 land is also included. In that case, the court will consider the tenant's submission. Discuss the issue with your advocate in detail.
