Im sorry i could not find the environment section on this website but i have the following important query.
As you know a lot of IT companies are generating e-waste these days such as computer parts and other related waste.Now these have to be disposed of somehow by these companies.Under the Hazardous wastes (management and handling rules) 2003,there is no definition of e waste or how it is to be handled.The client has asked if there is any procedure to be followed for disposal.
I want your opinion in relation to the below Guidelines which i have come across and want to know whether they are in force and effective or is it just a study which has been done by the department.
