Education Trust was alloted a piece of land on lease in mumbai to run the school by Wadia Trust in 1960.
The education turst has not been enagage in eduction or any kind of activities for the last 30 years.
The secretary and chairman of the trust give the premises on rent for the marrieges and other functions, no member of the turst raises any objection.
What legal action can be taken against the trust.
