We have issued Legal Notice to Respondents for division of Property and also for Compensation in December 2011. The replies from the respondents are not satisfactory and waited for amicable nogotiation but it faile. During this intervening perion one of the Respondent along with Mothe who is also Respondent as legal heir did do drilling in the undivided property premises for extracting ground water and after that the Respondent issued Caveat to rest of the Respondent excluding Mother. The question is during the proccess of filing court after issuing Legal Notice, violating and interfering undivided property, the Respondent issuing Caveat to other has validity or not and how to break it. After issuing the Caveat that Respondent left for abroad. Please guide me and I shall be grateful to them.
