who has the maximum right over this property?
a) Eldest brother who survives the Ekatra Kutumb Manager?
OR
b) Eldest son of the deceased Ekatra Kutumb Manager?

Co-parcerner of hindu family are entittle for equal share in the ancestral properties. After the death of manager, any body can act as manager with the consent of other family members.
