Eligibility for n.e.t for law subject

Dear All,

I am a Student of LLB 3rd Year and wish to appear for N.E.T in law subject in December 2011. I want to know whether i am eligible for the same. I am a CS and also M.com(Abst). What is the eligibility criteria for appearing in NET in law subject. that is do i need to have LLM degree for appearing for the same.

Please Help.

You can appear for NET even before Post Graduation in Law, if you inted to teach law. However, the result of NET will count as qualification only once you are LLM with rrequisite percentage of marks. Your present degree in M.Com (with  minimum fifty five percentage and a second class degree in  any disciplinee) with net will make you qualified to teach COMMERCE Discipline in Dgree College..

 PS You have to wait for NET in law till have a Degree in Law.
