Sir I got selection for a contract post with consolidate pay in quasi govt organizaton under Govt of India and joined on 9/2005. Later I got selection throuh written exam and interview to the same organization for temperory posts and worked till 12/2007. Again based on test and interview I selected for a grade based contract from 12/2007 onwards with scale of pay 8000 (then govt of india scale) and later converted to new scale with grade pay 5400. I got a promotion to 6600 grade on completion of three years on an interview basis and based on my ACR(Annual confidential report). Is I am eligible for permanancy? If not what is the eligibility for permanancy here.
