Eligibility in CAT

Sir , Regarding my service matters i want to file a case in CAT. Is it mandatory that a lawyer will file a case for you or you can file a case yourself without hiring a lawyer.

if you can understand the procedure you can file yourself.

 

If you know the law relating to your case you can argue also.
