Can a minor being represented by the guardian take part in partition or exchange of property without taking court's approval? |
1. YES .... ONLY a Biological Parent .OR. a Court appointed "Legal Guardian" may execute registered "Partition /Exchange" Deed Proceedings, PROVIDED it does not prejudice the interest of the Minor person and there is no monetary consideration involved.
2. For Sale /Transfer /Mortgage /Donate /whatever .... of Minor's Property, Court Order is compulsory.
