Employer is not giving salary as per written in advertisemen

Sir, I m working in a private school. When school had published advertisement for tgt, they had mentioned the grade-₹14000. But after joining, they r giving salary as per lower grade(₹-8750). I had talked manager but he told me that advertisement was wrong since they had not issued any coriander against it. What should I do to get my actual grade written in advertisement

Committee is saying that advertisement was faulty but they hadn't published any notice against faulty advertisement

Can't change school coz I m serving there from 5 years and due is almost 6lacs.

file a criminal complaint for missing representation and complaint can be also filed simultaneously in labour office

The question will arise whyy did you continue for 5 years when they did not pay you salary as mentioned in the AD? wHAT WOULD BE YOUR ANSWER?

my probation was for 2 years. I have letters what I have given to principal and manager about it
