Employment based

I joined a public sector company as an employee. Earlier i was working as a contract employee in another psu. i didn't submit releiving letter of previous company during joining,i hidden about my previous experience in application form also. If my current psu company finds about my contract job through background verification, what are the consequences,(  There is no dual employment in my case )

Disclose the facts to previous employer and obtain the NOC, otherwise the company is with in its right to file civil and criminal case against you and terminate your employment. Read your employment agreement once again.
