Hello,
I have 1 acre of agricultural land which i do not visit often. Last time i visited my land i see that people at the behind of my land have started using my small part of my land for passing by their vehicles. Also constructed some low quality road of stones, and are planning on putting up the gate.
They do not have their own access road for their land. If they want access road my land is their only option. But they have not consulted me before starting to use part of my land as access road for their plot.
If i go to ask them about it they would abuse me and say you dare not stop us from doing what we want to do.
What should i be doing. Can i also get some police protecttion for removing that encroachment ?
