What will be interval of time (years) for applying enhancement of Maintenance fee ? Does it depend on inflation ?

End of each year one can claim hike. in maintenance.

By how much % of existing fee ? Suppose a petitioner is granted Rs. 10000/-, by how much he can apply for hike ?

No fixed percentage or time is there as such. Is it a real problem/ dispute or examination hall question paper ?
