Entrim Anticepatory Bail

 File the bail application in the sessions court  within whose jurisdiction the offence is registered.

 Hi dirgesh, U can file interim anticipatory bail application / transit bail before the Maharastra court of sessions stating therein the grounds for anticipatory bail and after getting the order in ur favour u may  thereafter  may file another anticipatory bail application by annexing the said order for relief for getting the same before the court of sessions at Chattisgarh. U may also satisfy the court at maharastra that after getting the relief/ transit bail u will not misuse the same and under take to appear at chattisgarh for filing the appropriate petition for seeking the anticipatory bail at chattisgarh.  (Bhupender Sharma )Adv.

Maharastra court  granr interim bail limited dt.up to  08-11-09.

befor chhattisgarh session court appear and put up bail application u/s 438 on dt.05-11-09 .the court is pas next day for orde. if application  rejected.

then Q is   c.g. police can arrest to me? or befor not arrest the intrim order up to dt. 08-11-09
