I want to know whether equitable mortgage of the property transferred through unregistered (but probated) WILL is possible? If Yes
What will be the TITLE DEEDS to be deposited for the purpose of transferring the interest and creating EQUITABLE MORTGAGE?
Original titles in the name of DECEASED is available.

The Original Title deed in thename of the deceased and the will executed by him are sufficient to make EM. No probate is necessary since the property is immovable.
