Evection of a tenant

how long it takes in a court to evect a tenant from the premises even if we have all relevent documents related to rental agreement rent paid cheques etc

no fixed time frame depends on court to court, advocate to advocate and merits of each case

In one of my case it took jujubi 23yrs to vacate in this case father died son continued case he didn't attend my office he took some money from owner and vacated the premises and litigation came to an end.
