Eviction of cousin illegally occupying my house

How do I evict my cousin from the house as the same is partitioned and my name is on all documents

Dear querist,

 

In case he is not cooperating in friendly manner then serve eviction legal notice. If he does not comply with notice then file eviction suit in competent court.
