eviction petition

how to file eviction petition ? as we already won the case to vacate the schedule premises to my tenent and the notice period is near . so want to take a safety precaution .

Hello Salman!

If your tenant does not vacate the premsies as per the order nor get stay against the eviction order. Then you need to file the execution petition before the same court to get the order for execution of the eviction of the tenant and also seek direction for police help to get the person evicted from the house.
