Dear Experts,
Some illegal occupants have occupied our property. Police did not do much claiming it to be a civil case as the illegal occupants claimed the property as theirs.
Actually they don't have any documents and are there just to grab the land or money if nothing works out.
We approached a lawyer and he is suggesting to first go for permanent injunction claiming ourselves to be in possessison and then go for Eviction later claiming that they have occupied recently.
Would this be the best way forward or can go for eviction directly?
