hi all,
in civil suit the judge has filed perjruy complainant u/s 199 of IPC against my ex-wife alongwith all documents and my statment etc... before chief judicial magistrate court after giving her bail.
where summons issued to her and she appeared and i fild application for adding more charges other than 199 ipc i.e. 209,210,193,182 of ipc. the chief court has put matter for Evidence before charge.
pls. explain me i have to proove those charge in re evidence stage as it was already in the compliant file by civil cjudge alongeith all affidavits and court papers.
