Evidence of prosecution of police officer in criminal cases

INDIA gave our police administration as toy in the hands of politicians. The sucide of air hostage case in Haryana is an immediate example. If there could have been a general amm admi, the police could not have given any notice to appear at the police station, they could have beaten the suspect black and blue and would have produced before the court after four days mentioning a different date of arrest and would have asked for police remand of 14 days which is maximum day  police can ask at a time and the court would have also allowed the same.  Nobody have heard of The State Police Accountability Committee or the District Accountability ever have pulled up the police official. All these committee are an eye wash and even the Human Rights Commissions are also going the same way.

Make every police station high tech as regard registration of FIRs, preparing of arrest memo, seizure list, noting of investigating proceeding in the case diary so that subsequent change in these document is possible. 

Also make all the Police Station under scanner of CCTV Camera, and recording of which can be given to the victim who complain of harassment and torture. YOU WILL NATUARALLY SEE THE DIFFERENCE AND ABOVE ALL A JUDGE HAVING THE WILL POWER TO PUNISH THESE ROTTEN POLICE OFFICERS.

and who will use those high tech device? the corrupt police officials. they will find a way to manipulate them. look at the banks and govt. offices. they are using computer and other high tech devices. is there no corruption? they find a way to manipulate the system. the same will happen to police force.

police will disable the CCTV during torture session and will say that camera was out of order due to mechanical problem. and torture will go on. 

these are not really a solution to this problem.

what is necessary is that police should be prosecuted in courts and the punishment for violation on their part will be loss of job. lets see which police officer is so daring to loose a govt. job.but will this measure be taken ever?
