Dear Sir/Madam,
I have one small query regarding evidence submission in my divorce case, i'm the petitioner and at present my case is in crossing stage, i have submitted my evidence based on my evidence respondent lawyer is crossing me. i heard in later stage resondent will submit the evidence and my lawyer will do the crossing. but during my crossing respondent lawyer is submitting some evidence such as photo copies etc and judge is marking them on the fly, which means they were aware what i have and in trun they are submitting few photos which i have not submitted because of this it become easy for the respondent lawyer to deal the loopholes in my evidence as my evidence is open to them, so i found few loopholes and requested judge to give me further evidence chance and she agreed that.
My query is cant i submit evidence on the fly while crossing the respondent after closing the crossing stage of mine? it makes easy to catch her guilty as she will tell lie thinking i dont have proper evidence on that.
Regards,
Srinivas
