Evidences not being submitted

Hi,

In the DV case against me and my family, an IA was passed 2 months ago, granting her "protection". They asked for extension when hearing came up in Feb for them to submit evidences. Last week when the next hearing date came up, even their lawyer did not turn up.

They are occupying my home and enjoying it. Now that protection orders have been passed, is it standard technique to not turn up at hearings and not submit any evidence? If this repeats, are there ways to get the case quashed? Kindly advice.

Thanks and Regards,

VoIL.

You can submit in your arguments at the time of hearings. Response to be given by the other party to the courts. Otherwise court will not comes to conclusion.
