Ews certificate

Hi
Need some suggestion
My wife is applied for government job and I have made EWS certificate on her name . Which has her father name (i.e Daughter of) and at the end their is written some notes which is given below:
*Note 1: Income covered all sources i.e. salary, agriculture, business, profession etc.
**Note 2:The term “Family" for this purpose include the person, who seeks benefit of reservation, his/her parents and siblings below the age of 18 years as also his/her spouse and children below the age of 18 years
***Note 3: The property held by a ”Family" in different locations or different places/cities have been clubbed while applying the land or property holding test to determine EWS status.

My question is will their will be any issue if my name is not mentioned in EWS certificate ?
Please help.

Definitely YES. Once married, the spouse's income is important and not parents.

To my knowledge, it is the status of your parents that matters, not that of your husband.

After marriage she is part and parcel of her in-laws family accordingly status of an EWS candidate shall be considered.
