ex-house owner tenants

Good Morning,

we bought a property, in that property old tenants are already enjoying the property by giving monthly rent of rs.5000/-, can we permit to stay the old tenants by making an rental agreement.

plz suggest.

Immediately after registration u have to issue a notice to d tenant stating that u are d owner of the house and rent shall be paid to u from d day of registration.

we have already informed them, that we are the absolute owner of this possession and also we informed them to make an rental agreement.
