HMOP petition filed by wife for divorce and restitution petition under sec 9 of HMA was filed by husband and the case of restitution petition transfered for joint trial with divorce petition,proof affidavit filed well before the joint trial of 2 cases and when the case for restitution transfered for joint trial the date fixed for PA of petitioner in divorce case and then setexparte and petition allowed for divorce,now whether we should file petition to set aside exparte and retore petitions seperatly in this joint trial matter....
