My name is Ansh*ta chaudhry I got married with adarsh chaudhry in 5 Nov 2007 in Ghzaibad. But after marriage my husband start to torture me as I m not beautiful I look older to him I dont bring big car for him and he start to beat me everyday after drink. After seeing this his father gave us a legal notice in which he mentioned that me and my husband make nuissance so he dont want to keep us in their home. but ocassionaly my husband beat me and when I shout he ran away to his father's house and his father gave him shelter as he was also invlve in all this drama ane day on 4 nov 2009 my father in law beat me badly so i left my matrimony house and start to live in rented house but it was quite difficult to live alone so I come back to my home town in 2010 last year I cm to know that he has got married wd other girl without giving me divorce and now he has a baby boy. My lawyers are playing a football role with me now in feb 2013 my husband filed a W/s in which he mentioned that in 2009 he filed case of divorce against me in 13 july 2009 and in april 2010 he got ex party divorce from me and he got decree of divorce in 2012 all papers he wl filed in next date as Ialready got a dt of 2 month 15 days in 4 may while that time in Kanput here was lawyer's strike so I got next date of July 22.
I am depressed that I could nt get the right lawyer who can fight for me for justice in spite of he start to charge me unethical amount as I m not working.
Pls help me to solve my problem
