After service of summons, depending upon court dairy, it should take 3-4 dates, if your counsel cooperates.

maximum time limit is not in Legal Provision but in practice it may be six months.

Also depends on courts workload, judges attitutde............judge is nt in a hurry to finish these matters....usually
