I have my SBI clerk exam and AFCAT exam on same date and at same time.Afcat has released their admit card a month ago and sbi clerk has just released.I have both the exams on 22/02/2025.It is not my mistake.It is ibps mistake .They have to check schedule of other exam so that exams don't clashes.It is violating my fundamental right article 16. What can i do now.i have been preparing for both the exams from last 5 months.

You can choose to appear in either of the exam.
You have no rights to dictate an authority to schedule the examinations to suit your convenience.
No rights of yours have been violated.

It is the case of your preference but certainly not a legal query to be considered and obliged by experts on this platform.

Such situations could happen, quite often. To my knowledge, the issue is beyond any legal remedy.
However, there is no harm in bringing the matters to the authority concerned.

SBI and AFCAT will not check other's schedules for exams. You shall choose either exam and concentrate on it as there is no time to consult the controller of exams.
