No query only TIME PASS

perhaps you could put facts in understandable manner so that one could help you to fight corruption. you are able to convey nothing.

All one can gather is that you are wasting your precious time and energy on petty corruption and using this energy (in right direction) you could bust larger issues.

During last 7 years I have the experience of participating in the video conference with various public authorities:-

1. It is only the officials of a particular insurance company who enjoy flight at the cost of public money to go personally at Delhi instead of attending the prescribed mode of vide conference.

All other public authority officials remain present through video conference.

2. RTI act was never intended to provide opportunity of making money to individuals, that is,CPIO or First appellate authority of a govt. of India company.

They have caused loss of public money of about Rs.  one million so far in collusion with so called competent authority to sanction tour without mandate.

Anyone may google search for RTI decisions of  Central Information Commission in respect of NIACL ,it  shall be observed in most of the cases  that RTI applicant was present through video confereence while CPIO or FAA or representive of insurance company was personally present.

3. The Rule /maxim of Law does not allow anyone to take  advantage over the other one.
