Could you provide / help me with any SC judgement reference related to the case hereunder: The case is related to ancester property and it got divided to 6 brothers. One brother was given a division of agri land in the center where he does not have access from any direction. he has to pass thru his brother's property to his land. for several years this was not an issue. Now since 2 year due to some personal grudge, he has been denied access to his land and brothers have fenced the property so that this person does not have access to his share of land for cultivation. Any of the deeds, etc... the access path to his land is not mentioned. Now he has filed a civil case seekiing court to direct his brothers to provide exclusive access path to his land. Now the evidence in progress.
