Dear sir/madam
We got decree from court in cheque bounce civil recovery case. We filed execution 18 months back. The claim is about 500000 with interest .now the respondent has disappeared and we could not serve summons by now .he left no property for attachment. Recently judge has ordered the arrest warrant against him. Court is asking for his address and property which we don’t know. What we should do in further?
