I won an arbital award which was stayed by the JD through sect 34 appeal. While filing the Execution Petition, can I also get the Decree secured pending finality of the EP ?

what do you mean ---- Decree secured pending finality of the EP, when execution is filed the execution court will execute whatever is decreed in your favour and if there are options availble to other party for appeals you cannot close them
