Dear sir
I am living in Mumbai since 2012, and came across the onlne shopping fraud case of Rs 25,000/- by eBay India. And have filed consumer case against them inDec 2012 at the district court in Mumbai, decided in June 2013- granting me the refund with intrest aginst eBay.
However, eBay took the route of First appeal by way of taking stay from the State Commission on district court orders of June 2013. Thus harressing me further. Although, I have recived the noitce cum intimation in Sep 2013 to appear on 28 nov 2013 with State commission. But could not attain due to slip of mind.
Since , I could not appear on the designated date before the commisss, thus need your help/ guidance on how to I proceed
a) Against this stay on district court judgement, which i could not attain and how it can be vacated?
b) Get the original district court executed ?
c) Is there any time limit to open this stay case ?
