Is it required for the summons to be served to the defendent?
Can movable and immovable property be attached on FLW?
What is the procedure of its execution?
Should the complainant file for execution once the order is passed by the competent authority in the court (Judge)?
Is police involved in execution?
Can police walk into the house of defendant and simply start confiscating article from the house without checking if the property or assets being recovered in operation belong to the defendant?
What are the due course of actions that can be initiated against the complainant and the law enforcement who executes orders in the absence of defendant at home.
