1. My father purchased property by selling his old house to his sister in law.
2. The house was registered in the name of my mother and IN GOOD faith because my mother's sister (father's sister in law) had helped him her name too was included
3. Subsequently all transactions of buy sell of the house was done and any monies that were owed were paid back. I have proof of that. But somehow did not change the name in the society
4. My mother died suddenly and thru affidavit the name in the society was changed to my father;s name.
5. My father made a will that this property is his self owned / purchased and bequethed the property in my name and cash and jewellery in my sister's name
6. I now have the will probated after my father's death
7. I am in possession of the flat and ahve been paying all dues to society since 1973
8. My mother's sister also died and her husband fraudulently got a signature on a piece of paper nominating him as the owner of this house. They have no children
9. he has submitted the paper to society because of which the society is not transferring the right title and interest in my name
10 I have given indemnity bond to the society indemnifying the society against all encumberances. My aunt's husband has never visited the house ever. When claims for repair charges were sent to him he did not respond
11. The society is completely adamant
